March made the program measurable and multilingual, and pushed deal coaching from reactive to proactive.
A program you cannot measure is a program you cannot grow, and a portal partners cannot read in their own language is a portal they will not use. March addressed both, and made the AI coach reach out first instead of waiting to be opened.

Reports and dashboards, fully live

Reporting is finalized and rolled out to everyone. You can build reports across partner, deal, email, and certification data with no SQL, assemble them into dashboards, and share those dashboards with partners. Because it draws on both your CRM and Introw data, you can finally prove partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, which is the attribution partnerships leaders are measured on, and you do it without a data team. Trustworthy numbers straight from the CRM as the system of record, built by the operators who own the program rather than a dedicated analyst. See Build a report and Embed a dashboard in the portal.

The portal in your partners’ languages

Portal content now translates automatically, and each partner sees it in their own language: set on their partner record or self-selected from the portal, with an organisation default as the fallback. Partners engage with content they can actually read, which lifts adoption in the global programs enterprise customers run, and it happens with no separate translation workflow to manage. See Set up portal languages.

Proactive AI deal coaching

Deal coaching is now on by default and proactively nudges partners in Slack with the next best step on their live deals. Moving from a coach you have to open to one that comes to you, in the channel partners already use, keeps deals progressing without your team chasing. It is the AI-native bet doing the follow-up a busy partner manager cannot do at scale. See Set up an AI deal coach.

Faster, more on-brand enablement

Course building got quicker with chapter duplication, assets gained locale variants with a language selector, and you can now set custom fonts and brand colors for dashboards and reports in portal settings. Each of these keeps program upkeep no-code and on-brand, so your operators own it rather than filing tickets, which is the low-TCO bet in the day-to-day.
