February brought Introw’s AI-native side onto the deal itself, and turned static task lists into guided journeys that move partners forward.
The through-line was doing more of the work for the partner and the partner manager. An AI coach that knows the deal, and journeys that carry a partner through onboarding, both mean a small team can support many partners without adding headcount, which is where our AI-native and low-TCO bets meet.

AI deal coaching

An AI coach now rides along on every partner deal with stage-specific guidance, objection handling, and the right enablement at the right moment. It shows up where partners already work rather than asking them to learn a new tool, so it reaches partners who would never open a separate coaching surface. And it lets a lean team give every deal the attention that used to be reserved for the biggest ones, which is exactly what more partner-sourced revenue depends on. This is our AI-native bet on the deal, delivered where partners already are. See Set up an AI deal coach.

Task templates become Journeys

Task templates are now Journeys, shipping with ready-made templates and sensible defaults, and you can attach a journey to an experience without it applying to every partner the moment you publish. Standardizing the path a partner follows shortens time to first value and takes the setup burden off your team, so onboarding becomes a configuration rather than a project you run by hand for each partner. See Create a journey from a template and Auto-apply a journey from the experience.

A refreshed portal builder

The portal builder gained finer branding control, including per-tab background colors, so partner experiences look on-brand with no engineering. Keeping this in your operators’ hands, rather than a designer or a dev ticket, is what keeps Introw cheap to run. See Build and publish a portal experience.

SCORM legacy course types

Introw now imports and runs legacy SCORM course types, so training built in an older LMS runs inside Introw without a rebuild. Enterprise programs often carry years of certified training they cannot recreate, and bringing it across intact removes a real blocker to switching. This is part of being enterprise-grade: mature enough to meet a large program where it already is. See Course authoring and Import a SCORM course.
