What is new in Introw, month by month. Each note covers the customer-facing changes that shipped, with links to the docs where you can go deeper.
Every note ties its changes back to the bets that decide what we build: CRM-native, work where you already are, low total cost of ownership, AI-native, time to value, and enterprise-grade. These notes are the record of what already shipped. The first card below points the other way.

Spotlights

Pipeline rules

Conditional form fields plus conditional action buttons let you say which stages a partner may set, what they must explain, and when the button is offered at all.

Segment defaults and overrides

Permissions and notifications now start from one organisation-wide default, and a segment changes it only when you turn on an override.

Consent-aware email tracking

France and Italy now require consent for email open and click tracking. How Introw handles it for you automatically, with nothing to configure.

Roles are now segments

Why per-contact roles became segments, and how to handle permissions, notifications, default access, CRM-driven roles, and more.
