When you collaborate on a deal with a partner, the documents they share (a purchase order, a signed proposal) belong in your CRM alongside the rest of the deal. Introw automatically pushes files a partner uploads on a shared deal to the HubSpot deal’s attachments, so nothing relevant lives only in the portal. This guide shows how it works and how to confirm it.

What you’ll achieve

Files uploaded by a partner on a shared deal in Introw appear automatically on the corresponding HubSpot deal, added to its attachments with a note, so all partner-supplied documents are captured in your CRM without manual re-uploading.

Before you start

1

Connect HubSpot

File sync to attachments requires the Introw app connected to HubSpot. See Connect HubSpot.
2

Share the deal for collaboration

Files flow from a shared deal, so the deal must be shared with the partner. See Collaborate on a shared deal.

Steps

1

Open the shared deal in Introw

Go to Deals overview and open the shared deal the partner is collaborating on. Its collaboration view has a Files area where the partner’s uploads live.
2

Have the partner upload their file

On the shared deal, the partner adds their document (for example a purchase order) in Files. This is the moment Introw captures the file for the CRM.
3

Let Introw push it to HubSpot

Introw automatically adds the uploaded file to the Attachments card on the matching HubSpot deal and logs a note, so the document is captured in your CRM with context. No configuration is needed beyond a connected HubSpot and a shared deal.

Verify it worked

Open the corresponding deal in HubSpot: the file the partner uploaded appears in the deal’s Attachments card, and a note records the upload, so the partner-supplied document is now part of the CRM record.

Collaborate on a shared deal

Share a deal and keep files and comments on the record.

Collaborate from HubSpot deals and tickets

Work the same shared record from inside HubSpot.

Connect HubSpot

Connect the Introw app to enable the sync.
