If a new or existing partner has no Introw portal yet, you can create one without leaving HubSpot, either automatically with the Introw workflow action or on demand from the Introw Copilot card on a company record. This guide covers both paths so you can onboard partners from the tools your team already works in.

What you’ll achieve

An Introw partner portal created for a HubSpot company, either automatically as part of a workflow or with one click from the company record, so partners get a portal without you switching tools.

Before you start

Connect the Introw app in HubSpot

The workflow action and Copilot card require the Introw app connected to HubSpot. See Connect HubSpot.

Add the Copilot card (for the manual path)

To create portals from a record, the Introw Copilot card must be pinned to your company records. See Set up the HubSpot Partner Connect card.

Have an experience to assign

A portal is created from a partner experience, so have one ready. See Build and publish a portal experience.

Choose your path

Decide whether to create portals automatically for many companies (workflow action) or on demand for the company you are looking at (Copilot card). Both run inside HubSpot.

Create portals automatically with the workflow action

In a HubSpot workflow, add the Introw PRM action and configure it to create the partner and portal, so qualifying companies get a portal without manual work. See Use Introw workflow actions in HubSpot for building the workflow.

Create a portal on demand from the Copilot card

On a company record with the Introw Copilot card, select Create partner portal. Introw creates the portal for that company directly, so you can onboard a single partner while working the record.

Verify it worked

The company now has a partner portal in Introw: it appears on the partner in Introw, and (for the manual path) the Copilot card reflects the created portal instead of prompting you to create one. You can then assign or refine the experience and invite the partner.
