Connecting Pipedrive makes it the source of truth for the partner program. You authorize once, then Introw asks you three questions: which object holds your partners, which of those records are partners, and how deals link to them. Answer those and your organizations, persons, and deals are in Introw, with partner attribution written back onto your Pipedrive records.

What you’ll achieve

The right organizations show up as partners in Introw, new matching organizations arrive on their own, and every partner-influenced deal is credited to the partner behind it. That last one is what partner revenue reporting and commissions run on.

Before you start

1

Enable Pipedrive on your plan

Pipedrive is a paid add-on and is off by default. No Pipedrive tile on the Integrations page means it is not enabled yet, so contact Introw first.
2

You can authorize a Pipedrive app, and no other CRM is connected

You need an account that can approve an app in Pipedrive, plus permission to manage integrations in Introw. Introw holds one CRM at a time, so disconnect any existing one first.
Pipedrive has three limits the other CRMs do not. Partners must be Organization records, so custom objects are out. Attribution is custom-field only, so no associations or relation tables. And there is no in-CRM embed, so your team and your partners work in Introw, Slack, or email rather than inside Pipedrive.

Steps

Authorize the account

1

Open Integrations

Go to Integrations and stay on CRM & Data. A greyed-out tile means another CRM is connected; disconnect it first.
2

Select Connect on the Pipedrive tile

Sign in to Pipedrive, choose the account, and approve access. Introw shows Pipedrive as Connected and opens the setup.

Answer three questions

Pipedrive is connected and the setup opens on one screen: the three questions down the left, the answer for the one you are on to the right. Answer them in order the first time. After that, select any question to change your answer.
Nothing here is permanent. You can widen a filter, add another object, or come back through Configure on the Pipedrive tile whenever your program changes.

1. How do you store partners in your CRM?

1

Confirm Organization

On Pipedrive this answer is fixed: partners are Organization records. The next question is where you separate them from your customers.
2

Select Next and confirm

Introw shows “Organization objects” and asks you to confirm with Yes, that is correct.

2. Find partners in your CRM

1

Filter down to the partners

Not every organization in Pipedrive is a partner, so narrow the list here. Select Add filter, pick any field on the organization, and set the value. Most programs filter on the field they already mark partners with, such as a partner-type field. Add a second filter to import one program at a time, resellers now and referral partners later.
2

Select the partners to import

Take everything the filter found with the select-all banner, or tick individual rows to start with a pilot group. Pipedrive does not report a total, so the select-all reads Select all without a count and the list loads as you scroll.
3

Import them

Select Continue with [N] partners and confirm. Introw creates the partners, then starts a full sync for their persons, deals, and mapped fields.Automatically sync new partners appears when a filter is set and every matching record is selected. Turn it on and any organization that later matches the filter becomes a partner on its own. This is the setting you want.
This question is why the connection is worth making. Linking says this deal came through this partner, and it is what partner revenue reporting, goals, and commissions read.
1

Open Object Linking and add the Deal

The right pane lists the links you have. Select Add object, then choose Deal. It is the object reporting and commissions run on, and the setup treats it as the one that completes this question. Come back for Person or Organization afterwards.
2

Pick the field that records the partner

Custom properties is the only method on Pipedrive, so pick the deal field that says which partner influenced it. If you do not have one yet, create it in Pipedrive first: Introw cannot create it for you here the way it can on HubSpot. For the field in depth, including more than one partner per deal: Partner attribution in Pipedrive.
3

Name it and add it

What name do you want to use for this attribution? is the label your team and your partners read on the deal, so write it the way you’d say it: “Influencing partner”, “Reseller”. Then select Add deal attribution.

Finish

1

Select Finish

With a Deal link in place, select Finish. Introw starts pulling your partner data and lands you on your home view.

Verify it worked

The Pipedrive tile reads Connected, and your filtered organizations are in Partners. Open a partner and its deals are there, credited through the field you chose. The sync runs both ways once you say what should go back: map tiers and managers to a CRM property pushes a partner’s tier, program, and manager onto the organization in Pipedrive. If the tile shows a status other than Connected, troubleshoot a CRM connection covers every state. Pipedrive has no package or scope updates to install, so Reconnect is the only repair.
