Your CRM is the source of truth, and Introw runs on top of it - not beside it. You don’t restructure RevOps to adopt Introw. It plugs into how you already store partners and attribute revenue, works with any object including custom ones, and keeps partners, contacts, deals, and attribution flowing both ways.
The problem it solves
Impact
Every partner has worked with a vendor whose portal contradicted the vendor’s own CRM. Running the program on the CRM itself means there is only one version of the deal to disagree about.See it work
How it works
Most PRMs make you rebuild your partner data in a second system and reconcile it forever. Introw does the opposite: it reads your CRM as it is today, mirrors it live, and writes the partner context back. There is no migration and no parallel database. It helps to see the CRM integration as one connection with four jobs, not three separate products:1. Connect & sync
Authorize HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive once. Records flow in on a schedule and through webhooks; key Introw data flows back. Nothing to migrate.
2. Pull partners & contacts
Every partner account and its contacts are pulled live, so access management and segments stay current without a second list to maintain.
3. Attribute revenue
Introw matches whichever method you already use to link deals to partners - property, association, lookup, relation table, or custom object.
4. Run the program inside your CRM
Collaborate on the record from the Introw card, get partner engagement on the CRM timeline for reports and workflows, and see course and certificate status right on HubSpot and Salesforce records.
What makes it different
You don’t change your RevOps structure
Introw adapts to the most common attribution methods out of the box - no extra configuration or code. However your team already records partners on a deal - a custom property, an association label, a lookup, a relation table, or a dedicated partner object - Introw reads it and attributes correctly. Sales keeps working exactly as they do today. It works with any object, including custom objects
Partners don’t have to live on the standard Company/Account object. Point Introw at whatever object you use to model partners, including a custom object built for a large program. From there, attribute any object back to those partners: deals, opportunities, contacts, companies, tickets, custom objects. Object and field labels sync from the CRM, so Introw always speaks your terminology.Partners and contacts are pulled live, so access management is trivial
Introw pulls in all your partner accounts and their contacts straight from the CRM and keeps them current. New contact in the CRM → it appears in Introw. A field flips → portal access is granted or revoked automatically. Because the same fields sync for accounts and contacts, you can build segments dynamically on CRM data: tier, region, lifecycle stage, contact role. Target onboarding, content and notifications from those, with no separate list to maintain. See Sync partners & contacts from your CRM.Two-way by design
The CRM stays authoritative, but Introw writes context back. Partner tiers, partnership managers, team roles, contact portal access and partner engagement events all flow into it. Your revenue team sees the partner story on the records they already trust.Hyperscaler co-sell and marketplace pipeline counts too
Deals that originate in a hyperscaler’s program reach your CRM through the hyperscaler’s own connectors: AWS ACE opportunities, ACE leads, and AWS Marketplace private offers via the AWS Partner CRM Connector for Salesforce, Microsoft Partner Center co-sell referrals via its Salesforce and Dynamics 365 connectors, or all three clouds via a marketplace platform syncing into HubSpot or Salesforce. Because Introw reads the CRM as it is, those records become first-class partner deals the moment you attribute them to the hyperscaler - reported, collaborated on, and automated like any other deal. See the hyperscaler partner type for the full motion. You run the whole program inside the CRM
This is the difference most legacy PRMs can’t match. They bolt a portal beside your CRM; Introw lives inside it as native HubSpot UI extensions (and a Salesforce Lightning component), so your team never leaves the record:- Collaborate from the record. The Introw card on a HubSpot deal, ticket, or company - or the Introw component in Salesforce - shows the linked partner. From there a rep can share the record, comment back and forth with the partner, and register or link a deal, without opening a second tool.
- Report and automate on partner engagement. Every partner action is written to the CRM timeline: portal visits, comments, asset views, form submissions, deal moves. So you can build native CRM reports on it, and trigger workflows off it. In HubSpot you can also drop Introw actions into a workflow to create a partner, enroll them in a journey, or issue a certificate.
- See training on the record. Partner course enrollments and certificates surface as cards and related lists on HubSpot and Salesforce records, so sales and CS see who is certified without leaving the CRM.
- Give your CRM’s agents a partner program. The Introw HubSpot app ships an MCP server, so a custom agent or agentic workflow in HubSpot Agent Hub can act on partners, registrations, tasks, tiers, and commissions as native actions. Introw is the first partner-management app to ship one.
Trustworthy and secure by design
The sync is built to be trusted without babysitting. Your CRM credentials are isolated - Introw never holds your raw OAuth tokens in its application, and every call is cryptographically scoped to your organisation. Partner attribution survives the messy realities of a live CRM. Merge two duplicate companies and the partner’s credit, comments and history follow the surviving record. A deal never silently drops off a partner’s view. Changes are picked up in near-real-time, so partners are nudged the moment a deal moves, and write-backs default to never overwriting a value your team already set.How it connects to the rest of Introw
The CRM connection is the foundation other features build on - they read and write the same synced data, so you configure attribution once and everything downstream stays accurate.- Segments are built on live CRM data. Any standard or custom field on your partner accounts and their contacts becomes a filter: tier, region, lifecycle stage, industry, contact role. Membership updates itself as the CRM changes. That one capability powers targeting everywhere else. Onboarding journeys, content sharing, notifications, course enrollment and commission eligibility all aim at groups your CRM defines, so there is no separate list to maintain. See Segments.
- Forms map directly to CRM fields. A partner submission can prefill from and write back to the same properties Introw syncs, so deal/lead registration lands in the CRM with the right partner attribution already attached. See CRM field mapping for forms.
- Shared pipelines are the synced deals/opportunities, presented to partners. You choose which objects, pipelines and fields partners see, and rename fields and stages for a partner-friendly view. You decide what they can edit, nudge or notify on changes, and sync the resulting activity back to CRM notes/chatter. See Shared pipelines.
- Commissions calculate on the revenue Introw attributes from the CRM, so payouts trace back to the original record. See Commission plans.
