How it works
A co-branded asset starts from a template you create that includes your branding plus placeholders for the partner’s logo and details. When a partner opens the asset, Introw merges in their branding to produce their personalized version. You decide which parts a partner can change, so the asset stays on-brand. Co-branded assets live in the content library alongside your other enablement, with the same visibility and versioning. Partners access co-branded assets in the portal, where they generate and download their version, or they pull the asset into their own AI assistant over Introw’s MCP server and have the agent generate a fully co-branded version, recomposed beyond a logo swap and exported in the format they need (PDF, DOCX, JPEG). Your locked areas are enforced no matter which path a partner uses. The agentic play is packaged as drop-in skills: Co-branded Collateral Generator for vendors and Co-brand My Collateral for partners.Prerequisites
- The content library available on your plan.
- Partner branding (logos and details) captured so it can be merged.
- Permission to manage content.
Settings & configuration
Co-branded assets are managed in the content library. Template is the base asset with your branding and placeholders for partner branding. Build it once. Editable areas control what a partner can change versus what stays locked, so both brands remain consistent. Partner branding source is where the partner logo and details come from, so the merge produces the right co-branded result. Visibility controls which partners or segments can see and generate the asset, using the same controls as the rest of the library.Setup walkthrough

Limits & gotchas
Troubleshooting
- The partner brand is missing - confirm the partner’s logo and details are captured.
- A partner cannot find the asset - check the asset’s visibility for their segment.
- The asset looks off-brand - lock the areas that should not be editable.
