How it works

Co-branded assets are templates that combine your branding with each partner’s, automatically. A partner takes a one-pager, a slide or a campaign asset and gets it personalized with their logo and details, with no design work. You publish the template once. Every partner gets their own copy, generated the moment they open the asset in their portal. There is nothing to prepare per partner. Put the template in a normal Asset Hub and it behaves like any other asset in the list, except each partner opens their own co-branded version instead of yours. The rest of the document is your design and cannot be changed, so both brands stay consistent across the whole program. Co-branding works on PDF templates. The template carries two form fields, one for the partner’s name and one for their logo, and Introw fills both per partner. You can also click Generate for your partners to create every partner’s copy in one go. Introw does not produce DOCX, JPEG or PPTX versions. A partner’s own AI assistant, connected through Introw Partner Connect, can read the same campaign material and write its own version, such as emails or posts in the partner’s voice. That rewrite is the assistant’s work in whatever format its own tools produce, not an Introw export, and the co-branded PDF still comes from the portal. The assets live in the same library that powers the rest of your enablement, so they are governed, versioned, and easy to distribute. Instead of your team producing a custom asset for each partner, you publish one co-branded template. A partner opens it in their portal and gets their own co-branded document, ready to download. Nothing is queued, requested, or prepared per partner, so co-marketing scales to the whole program at once.
