Confirm the portals exist
The portals the contact needs should already be set up and unlocked.

Confirm the contact has an experience in each
Each portal needs an experience assigned to the partner for the access to be usable.
Steps

Open the partner contact
Go to Partners and open the contact who needs multi-portal access.

Grant access to each portal
Add the contact to every portal they should reach. Granting access per portal keeps entitlements explicit, so a contact only sees the portals they were deliberately added to.

Confirm they can switch
Have the contact sign in to one portal and open their avatar menu, top right. Switch portal lists every vendor portal their email can open, with a check next to the one they are in. Picking another opens it already signed in, with no second login, unless that portal requires its own SSO, in which case they sign in through it.The list follows the same rules as their home screen at partners.introw.io: portals they were invited to, plus portals that grant access to their company email domain. It also covers portals run by other vendors on Introw, not only yours. Switch portal only appears once a contact can open two portals or more, and never in your own preview of the portal or when the portal is embedded in another tool, such as your CRM.
Verify it worked
The contact logs in once, opens Switch portal from their avatar menu, and lands in each portal they were granted, with no separate credentials per portal.Related
