How it works
Commission behavior is controlled in a few places. The payout settings tab sets the payout method, schedule, and minimum amount. Your organisation’s company settings define the currency and fiscal year that payouts and plan analytics use. And commission billing info, set in company settings, provides the details printed on statements partners receive. When the payout schedule is not manual, Introw can create payout batches automatically on the chosen cadence. Minimums hold small balances back until they are worth paying.Prerequisites
- Admin access to commission settings and company settings.
Settings & configuration
Payout settings are at Payout settings; currency, fiscal year, and billing info are in company settings.Payout method and schedule
Set the payout method and the schedule: every month, every quarter, every fiscal quarter, or manual. A non-manual schedule lets payout batches be created automatically.Minimum payout amount
Set a minimum payout amount and whether it applies per partner or across the organisation, so balances below the minimum roll forward rather than generating tiny payouts. The minimum is hidden when the schedule is manual.Currency and fiscal year
Set your default currency at Company settings and your fiscal year start, which affects fiscal-quarter schedules and plan year-to-date analytics.Commission billing info
Set the company billing details at Billing info; these appear on the statements partners receive and tell partners what to use on their invoices.Setup walkthrough
