Introw Pay is the payment engine behind commissions. At the end of the month, quarter or year you pay one consolidated invoice, and Introw Pay verifies each partner, collects their W-9 or W-8 tax form, confirms their bank account, and sends every partner their money in their own currency.

The problem it solves

Paying partners is where a commission program turns into headcount. The math is done, and then somebody spends the week moving money:

Impact

Partners keep selling for the vendor who pays correctly, on time, without making them chase. Introw Pay makes that the default, whether you have five partners or five hundred.

How it works

Commission plans calculate what each partner earned from your CRM or billing data. On the cadence you choose, every month, every quarter or every fiscal quarter, or whenever you decide, Introw groups the earned lines into a payout batch: one payout per partner, with the statement behind it. You review the batch, hold back or decline what should not pay, and choose Pay now. Introw Pay turns the whole batch into one invoice to your company, with one line per partner. You pay that invoice once, in US dollars by US bank transfer, also when your company currency is EUR. Introw Pay then sends each partner their share, in their own currency, and marks every payout paid. Partners set themselves up once per vendor. The first time you have money waiting for them, the portal shows the amount and asks them to link a bank account. Introw Pay verifies their identity and business, confirms the bank account, and has them sign the US tax form that fits them: a W-9 for a US person or company, a W-8 for everyone else, prefilled from the details they already gave. No partner is paid before that is done, and for US partners Introw Pay files the year-end 1099 forms, so your team never collects a tax form or files one for a commission paid through Introw Pay. From then on partners see every payout, its status and a downloadable statement in the portal, and they get an email the moment the money is sent. The mirror spreadsheet a partner used to keep to check your numbers has nothing left to check. There is nothing for you to connect. Introw Pay is not the Stripe integration under Billing & Subscriptions: that one only reads your invoices so commission plans can calculate on real revenue, and it moves no money at all. Introw Pay is the other side, the payment itself, and it is Introw’s own product end to end, from the invoice you pay to the statement your partner downloads. You complete your billing info, choose Introw Pay, and pay one invoice a cycle. Your partners link a payout destination once, and neither of you needs a Stripe account for any of it. Introw Pay is included in every plan, and Introw charges a percentage fee on the transactions it processes. It is one of two ways to settle. If your finance stack owns payments, keep manual invoicing: Introw still calculates, batches, produces statements and tracks status, and your team pays from a CSV export or through the API and marks payouts paid. Either way you can book one-off rewards along the way, from a workflow or the API, and they join the next batch like any other line.
