Open in Introw: Integrations

How it works

Crossbeam appears as a tile on the CRM & Data tab. You connect via OAuth, then map your Introw partners to their Crossbeam partner records. Once mapped, Introw pulls overlap data, shared accounts and prospects, and surfaces it in collaboration views and as a partner filter. Crossbeam is a paid module, and the integration page shows your Crossbeam plan and record export usage so you can manage your quota. It is ecosystem intelligence layered onto Introw, not a CRM sync.

Prerequisites

  • The Crossbeam module enabled on your plan.
  • A Crossbeam account with admin access.
  • Integrations write access.

Settings & configuration

Crossbeam is managed at Integrations.

Connect Crossbeam

Use the Crossbeam tile to authorize via OAuth.

Partner mapping

Map each Introw partner to its Crossbeam partner so overlap can be attributed correctly.

Usage

Review your Crossbeam plan and record export usage on the integration page.

Overlap in Introw

Once mapped, overlap data appears in collaboration views and as a partner filter.

How-to guides

Connect Crossbeam and map your partners

Authorize Crossbeam, align each Crossbeam partner with its Introw partner, and track your record export usage so ecosystem overlap attaches to the right partner.

Limits & gotchas

Crossbeam requires the module to be enabled on your plan. Overlap only appears for partners you have mapped to Crossbeam, so unmapped partners show no ecosystem data. Record export usage is bounded by your Crossbeam plan.

Troubleshooting

  • The Crossbeam tile shows an upgrade prompt - the module is not enabled on your plan.
  • A partner shows no overlap - the partner is not mapped to a Crossbeam partner.
  • Overlap looks incomplete - check your Crossbeam record export usage and plan.
