How it works
Crossbeam appears as a tile on the CRM & Data tab. You connect via OAuth, then map your Introw partners to their Crossbeam partner records. Once mapped, Introw pulls overlap data, shared accounts and prospects, and surfaces it in collaboration views and as a partner filter. Crossbeam is a paid module, and the integration page shows your Crossbeam plan and record export usage so you can manage your quota. It is ecosystem intelligence layered onto Introw, not a CRM sync.Prerequisites
- The Crossbeam module enabled on your plan.
- A Crossbeam account with admin access.
- Integrations write access.

Limits & gotchas
Troubleshooting
- The Crossbeam tile shows an upgrade prompt - the module is not enabled on your plan.
- A partner shows no overlap - the partner is not mapped to a Crossbeam partner.
- Overlap looks incomplete - check your Crossbeam record export usage and plan.
