Before you start

Have portal access

Make sure you can log in to the portal on your phone.

Steps

The portal ships a web app manifest, so both mobile browsers can install it. There is no app store listing and nothing to download - the steps differ only by browser.

Open the portal on your phone

Open your portal URL in the phone’s browser and log in. If your vendor uses a custom domain, use that address; otherwise it is the link in your invitation email.

Add it to the home screen

Tap the Share button in the browser bar, scroll down the share sheet, and choose Add to Home Screen.

Confirm the name

The icon is suggested as Partner Connect. Rename it if you prefer, then confirm.

Verify it worked

Tapping the icon opens the portal standalone - no browser address bar or tabs, so it behaves like an app. You stay signed in between launches, and the icon survives closing the browser.
