What a skill is
A skill is aSKILL.md file: a named play with trigger phrases, the exact Introw (and Crossbeam, CRM, email, or Slack) tool calls it should make, and partner-program guardrails baked in. When your prompt matches a skill’s description, the assistant runs that play end to end and writes the result back to your CRM.
