Skills turn the repetitive, cross-system work of running a partner program into a single prompt. Each one is a reusable play your AI assistant already knows how to run against your live CRM and partner data, so a partner manager, an ops lead, or a partner can go from question to executed action without touching five tools.

What a skill is

A skill is a SKILL.md file: a named play with trigger phrases, the exact Introw (and Crossbeam, CRM, email, or Slack) tool calls it should make, and partner-program guardrails baked in. When your prompt matches a skill’s description, the assistant runs that play end to end and writes the result back to your CRM. You don’t have to be technical to use one. Drop it into Claude Code, or run the same play in plain language from Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, Teams, or your CRM through Introw’s MCP server.
