Install the Introw package, add the Introw collaboration panel to record pages, and grant access so reps work with partners from Salesforce.
Introw ships as a Lightning Web Component inside a package, together with the External Client App Introw connects through. Once the package is installed and authorized, a Salesforce admin drops the Introw collaboration panel onto the Opportunity or Case record page. Your sales reps and your partnership team then see the linked partner and partner intel, collaborate, and share the record straight from Salesforce, without ever logging into Introw. This guide covers the full admin setup: install the package, authorize Introw, connect the card with a package key, place the component, and grant access.
The collaboration panel needs IntrowPRM 1.15.0 or later, and Introw points every new install at the latest version. When Salesforce runs an older version, the Salesforce integration page in Introw shows the newer package version with Update in Salesforce, and updating keeps the key and the card in place.
The Introw component placed and activated on your Salesforce record pages and visible to the sales reps and partnership team who need it, so partner context, intel, and actions live inside Salesforce - with no one having to log into a separate tool.
Install the package into the org, production or sandbox to match how you connected. Start from Connect on the Salesforce tile in Introw, or from the Introw listing on Salesforce AgentExchange. Choose Install for Admins Only. The package adds the Introw component, the supporting objects and the External Client App Introw connects through, so there is no connected app to set up. It assigns Introw API Access, Introw Collaboration User and Introw Setup Admin to the installing user.

Authorize Introw from Introw Setup
Open the Introw app from the App Launcher, or select Open Introw setup on the page Salesforce shows after the install. On step 1, Authorize Introw, select Connect to Introw and approve access in the new tab. That links the org to your Introw workspace and lands you on the integration page to finish attribution and sync. You do not need a key for this step. An org that still uses the older connected app sees the same button, and authorizing moves it to the External Client App with its mappings kept, as long as it is the same Salesforce org.

Connect the card with a package key
The card has its own credential, separate from the connection above, and only the card needs it. In Introw, open the Salesforce integration page, go to Run it in Salesforce and select Add Introw card, then generate the key. Introw shows it once. In Introw Setup, step 2.1, Add your package API key, paste it and select Save API key. Saving a key and testing the connection need the Introw Setup Admin permission set, which the installer gets. Everyone else sees a note to ask a Salesforce admin.The step then shows Connected with your workspace name. Select Test connection if it does not.

Add the component in the Lightning App Builder
Step 2.3 of Introw Setup, Add the card to your record pages, opens the Lightning App Builder. Edit the record page for the object you want, Opportunity or Case. Drag the Introw collaboration component onto the page where reps should see it (a sidebar region or a tab).

Activate and assign the page
Save and activate the record page for the right Lightning apps, record types, and profiles, so the component appears for the intended users. Repeat for each object whose records should show Introw.

Grant access to other users
The package only assigns its permission sets to the installer. Step 2.2 of Introw Setup, Give your reps access, opens the permission set and counts who has it. Assign Introw Collaboration User to every rep who should see the panel, otherwise it will not load partner data for them. Introw API Access is for the integration user behind the connection and does not grant the panel.

Rotate the key in Introw, on the same integration page: Rotate key next to API key, then confirm Replace the package API key?. The old key stops working right away, and reps see an error on the card until the new key is saved in Salesforce. Paste the new key into the Default principal of the Introw API external credential in Named Credentials. Manage in Named Credentials in Introw Setup opens it, and Test connection checks the result. If Introw Setup shows that Introw did not accept the key, generate a new one in Introw and replace it the same way.
Open an opportunity linked to a partner as a user who has the Introw Collaboration User permission set: the panel loads the linked partner, their tier and champion, your team, and the partner contacts collaborating on the record, with Ask AI, Collaborate, View portal, Create portal and Share opportunity. A user who is not an Introw user sees a Request access button instead, and a record with no linked partner shows no partner data, both of which are expected.
