# Enterprise-grade

> Fast to implement does not mean SMB-only. Introw runs partner programs for thousands of partners across types, teams, and regions - with SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM, role-scoped access, content and experience governance, and segmentation at every layer.

> Introw is easy to launch and low-cost to own - and mature, secure, and governed enough to run a global channel. Speed of setup and enterprise depth are not a trade-off here; you get both.

## The myth to bust

Because Introw goes live in weeks and needs no engineering, it gets miscast as an SMB tool. The reality: the same platform gives an enterprise everything it expects from a channel system - identity, access control, governance, segmentation, and scale - without the multi-quarter implementation those systems usually demand.

## Identity and access

Sign-in follows your existing security policy, for both your internal team and your partners.

* **SAML and OIDC SSO** for the internal app and for partner portals, so access follows your identity provider.
* **SCIM 2.0 user provisioning** and **just-in-time provisioning** keep your internal team in sync with your directory - users are created and deactivated from the IdP.
* **SSO-only enforcement** for your org and your portal, so other sign-in methods are switched off when you require it.
* **No external user needs a CRM seat**, so the CRM admin keeps control of who can reach which records.

<Note>
  For security posture, certifications, and compliance detail, see the [Introw Trust Center](https://trust.introw.io).
</Note>

## Role-scoped control

Access is defined by your team, from clear permission building blocks.

* **Role-based access control** built from granular read/write permission categories, with ready-made presets for admin, partner-access, and CRM-only roles, plus fully custom roles.
* **Record-level scoping** limits a user to only the partners they own, so large teams see exactly their book of business.
* **Partner team roles** assign the right internal people to each partner and sync ownership to your CRM.

## Governance and control

Content and portals are versioned, controlled, and reviewable.

* **Asset governance** - folders, version history, locale variants, and audience-based visibility on every asset and folder.
* **Experience version history** - build on a template, preview it, publish to every linked portal, and restore a previous version.
* **Approvals** - multi-step approval workflows for form submissions, deal registration, and MDF.

## Segmentation at every layer, personalization at scale

One segment - dynamic from live CRM filters or a hand-picked list - drives what partners see and receive across the whole product: portal tabs, notifications, permissions, courses, content, products, reports, deal coaching, and tiers. That is what lets you deliver a portal tailored to each partner from a single design, whether you run ten partners or ten thousand.

## Global by default

* **Localization** - org locales, per-model translations, a brand glossary, and translation memory serve partners in their language.
* **Multi-currency** - org and per-partner currency across deals, commissions, and analytics.
* **Custom domains, white-label branding, and your own sending domain** deliver the whole experience under your brand.

## Composable

Introw is building blocks, not a monolith you must accept whole.

* **Versioned public REST API** with scoped, hashed API keys and rate limiting.
* **Embed** the portal in your CRM or your own product, and **sync** to the CRM as the source of truth.
* **MCP servers** expose Introw to AI clients over OAuth, for both your team and your partners.

## Built for scale

Bulk partner operations, background job queues, and segment-driven targeting are designed to run large partner ecosystems across multiple partner types and teams - not just a handful of accounts.

## Still fast, still owned

Everything above is configured by your partnerships team, no engineering, and goes live in weeks. That is the difference: enterprise capability without the enterprise timeline.

## The impact

* **Run a global channel with confidence** - identity, access control, and governance hold up across thousands of partners, teams, and regions.
* **No enterprise timeline** - the same depth is configured no-code and live in weeks, not quarters.
* **One tailored program at any scale** - a single design personalizes to every partner through segmentation, whether you run ten partners or ten thousand.
* **Own it end to end** - security, roles, branding, and building blocks are all controlled by your team.

## Common questions

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Isn't a tool that goes live in weeks just for SMBs?">
    No. The same platform provides SAML/OIDC SSO, SCIM provisioning, role-scoped access, governance, segmentation, and multi-region support for thousands of partners. Fast setup comes from configuration replacing construction, not from cutting enterprise capability.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How does access control work for large teams?">
    Role-based access is built from granular read/write permission categories, with presets and fully custom roles. Record-level scoping limits each user to the partners they own, and partner team roles sync ownership back to your CRM.

  <Accordion title="Where do we find security and compliance detail?">
    In the [Introw Trust Center](https://trust.introw.io), which covers security posture, certifications, and compliance. No external user ever needs a CRM seat, so the CRM admin keeps control of who can reach which records.
