# Skill library

> What agentic skills are, why they matter for partner teams, and how to run them across the partner lifecycle, from acquisition to ecosystem performance.

> Skills turn the repetitive, cross-system work of running a partner program into a single prompt. Each one is a reusable play your AI assistant already knows how to run against your live CRM and partner data, so a partner manager, an ops lead, or a partner can go from question to executed action without touching five tools.

## What a skill is

A skill is a `SKILL.md` file: a named play with trigger phrases, the exact Introw (and Crossbeam, CRM, email, or Slack) tool calls it should make, and partner-program guardrails baked in. When your prompt matches a skill's description, the assistant runs that play end to end and writes the result back to your CRM.

You don't have to be technical to use one. Drop it into Claude Code, or run the same play in plain language from Claude, ChatGPT, Slack, Teams, or your CRM through [Introw's MCP server](/features/developer/mcp).

## Why skills matter for your team

Most channel work is mechanical: pulling the same reports, chasing the same updates, prepping the same reviews. Skills move that work off your plate and keep it grounded in real data.
