# Give a partner access to multiple portals

> Let one partner contact reach more than one portal with a single login across a multi-portal program.

> For partner ops running more than one portal, by region, brand, or program.

When you run separate portals, some partners or internal users need to reach more than one. Granting a contact access to each portal they are entitled to lets them move between them with one login, instead of juggling separate accounts. This guide grants that multi-portal access.

## What you'll achieve

A partner contact who signs in once and can reach every portal you granted them, switching between them without separate logins.

## Before you start

<Steps>
  <Step title="Confirm the portals exist">
    The portals the contact needs should already be set up and unlocked.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the contact has an experience in each">
    Each portal needs an experience assigned to the partner for the access to be usable.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the partner contact">
    Go to [Partners](https://app.introw.io/partners) and open the contact who needs multi-portal access.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Grant access to each portal">
    Add the contact to every portal they should reach. Granting access per portal keeps entitlements explicit, so a contact only sees the portals they were deliberately added to.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm they can switch">
    Have the contact sign in and confirm they can move between the portals they are entitled to from a single session.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Verify it worked

The contact logs in once and can open each portal they were granted, with no separate credentials per portal.
