# Partner CRM

> How a partner connects their own CRM to Introw and works vendor deals from their HubSpot or Salesforce record.

**Open in Introw:** [Integrations](https://app.introw.io/integrations)

## How it works

Partner CRM is the partner-side experience: the partner connects their own CRM, installs the Introw card, and from then on the vendor's deal context and actions appear on their own records. The pieces that power it are documented in their canonical homes - this page ties them together for the partner-side setup and points to each guide.

* The partner connects their CRM and installs the Introw card - the same embed that renders vendor deal context on the record. See [CRM embed](/features/integrations/crm).
* The partner registers deals and shares leads from the record. See [Register a deal from HubSpot](/features/integrations/crm/guides/register-a-deal-from-hubspot) and [Deal Registration](/features/deal-registration/registration).
* The partner collaborates and reaches the right rep from the record. See [Collaborate from HubSpot deals and tickets](/features/integrations/crm/guides/collaborate-from-hubspot-deals-and-tickets).
* Deal coaching surfaces in context. See [Deal Coaching](/features/ai/deal-coaching).

## Prerequisites

* The partner runs their own CRM (HubSpot today for deal linking; Salesforce partners register instead).
* The partner contact has access to the vendor's partner experience.
* The vendor has deal attribution configured, so there are deals to surface and link.

## Settings & configuration

The partner completes connection and card installation from **Integrations** in their own portal, then works vendor deals from their CRM record. Vendor-side configuration (attribution, what partners see and edit) lives with the vendor.

**HubSpot connection** lives on the partner's **Integrations** screen and is where the partner authorizes their CRM and installs the Introw card. Until the card is verified, the record actions are not available.

## Setup walkthrough

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect the partner CRM">
    The partner opens **Integrations** and connects their HubSpot (or Salesforce) account.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Install and verify the Introw card">
    The partner adds the Introw card to their CRM and verifies it, so vendor context and actions render on the record. See [Set up the HubSpot Partner Connect card](/features/integrations/crm/guides/set-up-the-hubspot-partner-connect-card).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Work deals from the record">
    The partner links or registers deals, collaborates, and reaches the right rep from the record. See [Connected Deals](/features/partner-connect/connected-deals/technical).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## How-to guides

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="Connect HubSpot" icon="book-open" href="/features/partner-connect/partner-crm/guides/connect-hubspot">
    As a partner, connect your own HubSpot, add the Introw card to your deals, and verify it so vendor context and actions appear on your own CRM records.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## Limits & gotchas

<Warning>
  Deal linking from the partner's own CRM is HubSpot-only today; Salesforce partners register the deal instead. The Introw card must be installed and verified before record actions are available.
</Warning>

## Troubleshooting

* **The Introw card is not showing on the record** - the card is not installed or not yet verified in the partner's CRM.
* **No vendor deals appear to link** - the vendor has not attributed deals to this partner, or the partner contact lacks experience access.
