# Connected Deals

> Enable Partner Connect, invite partners, and link or register deals between two CRMs in Introw.

**Open in Introw:** [Partners](https://app.introw.io/partners)

## How it works

Partner Connect links a deal in a partner's CRM to the matching deal in yours. You invite a
partner, the partner connects their CRM and installs the Introw card, and then they link
their existing deals to yours or register a new shared deal. Once a deal is linked, both
sides collaborate on the same opportunity, and updates to the partner's linked deal sync
across.

On your side, Partner Connect shows up as a nudge on a deal you are co-selling, guiding the
partner through inviting, connecting, and linking. The partner does the connecting and
linking from Partner Connect, a dedicated experience for partners who run their own CRM.

## Prerequisites

* Partner Connect enabled for your organization.
* A connected CRM with deal attribution, so deals exist to link to.
* Partners with their own CRM (currently HubSpot) to link from.

## Settings & configuration

You manage partners and the co-sell relationship from
[Partners](https://app.introw.io/partners); the partner completes setup and linking in
Partner Connect.

### Enabling and inviting

With Partner Connect enabled, a deal you are co-selling shows a
Partner Connect nudge that walks the relationship forward: invite the partner, have them
finish connecting their tools, and then link the deal in their CRM.

### What the partner sets up

The partner connects their CRM, adds the Introw card to it, verifies the installation, and
then links their existing deals. They do this from Partner Connect, the partner-facing setup
and linking experience.

### Linking or registering

For each opportunity, the partner either links their existing deal to the matching deal in
your CRM, or registers a new shared deal when there is nothing to link. Partner Connect
groups deals to link as to do and done so the partner can work through them.

### After linking

Once linked, both sides collaborate on the shared opportunity, and changes to the partner's
linked deal sync across. A link can be removed if the deal no longer applies.

## Limits & gotchas

<Warning>
Partner Connect must be enabled for your organization. It requires the partner to run their own CRM and complete the setup steps, including installing the Introw card. Deal linking needs deal attribution configured on your side so there are deals to link to.
</Warning>

## Troubleshooting

* **The Partner Connect nudge does not appear** - Partner Connect is not enabled for your organization, or the deal is not in scope.
* **A partner cannot link deals** - they have not finished connecting their CRM or installing the Introw card.
* **A linked deal is not syncing** - the link may have been removed, or the partner's CRM connection needs attention.
