# Crossbeam

## What it does

The Crossbeam integration connects your Crossbeam account to Introw and maps your Introw partners to
their Crossbeam counterparts. Once mapped, overlap data, shared customers and prospects with each
partner, surfaces inside Introw's collaboration views and is available as a partner filter, so you can
act on ecosystem signals without switching tools.

This is ecosystem intelligence, not a CRM sync: Crossbeam tells you who you have in common with a
partner, and Introw puts that insight next to the deals, rooms, and segments where it is useful. The
integration is a paid add-on and respects your Crossbeam record export usage.
