# Show course progress in Salesforce

> Surface Introw partner course enrollments and certificates on Salesforce Account and Contact records by adding Introw's related lists to your page layouts.

Introw syncs partner course enrollments and certificates into Salesforce, so your team can track a partner's learning progress and earned certificates without leaving the CRM. This guide adds Introw's related lists to your Account and Contact page layouts so that synced data appears on the records your team already uses. The sync is automatic; you add the related lists once per layout.

## What you'll achieve

Introw course enrollment and certificate related lists showing on your Salesforce **Account** and **Contact** page layouts, kept current from Introw, so training and certification status is visible on the records your team works in.

## Before you start

    Introw must be connected to Salesforce. Connections created before January 1, 2026 must be reconnected once so Introw can sync the course enrollment and certificate objects into your org. New connections already include the required permissions. See [Connect Salesforce](./connect-salesforce).

    Adding related lists to Account and Contact layouts requires Salesforce admin access.

  <Step title="Confirm the Salesforce connection in Introw">
    Go to [Integrations](https://app.introw.io/settings/integrations?category=crm) and confirm Salesforce is connected. If your connection predates January 1, 2026, reconnect it here so the course and certificate objects sync into Salesforce. This is the only step inside Introw; the rest happens in Salesforce Setup.

  <Step title="Add the related lists to the Account layout">
    In Salesforce, go to **Setup**, open **Object Manager**, select **Account**, open **Page Layouts**, and edit the layout your team uses. Drag Introw's course enrollment and certificate related lists onto the layout, then save. This shows partner learning at the account level.

    Repeat on the **Contact** object: open **Object Manager**, select **Contact**, open **Page Layouts**, add Introw's course enrollment and certificate related lists, and save. This shows per-person progress for each partner contact.

## Verify it worked

Open a Salesforce Account for a partner with training activity in Introw: the Introw related lists show their course enrollments and certificates, matching Introw. Open a Contact for one of that partner's people and confirm their individual enrollments and certificates appear too.
