# Days in the life

> See how Introw changes the daily operating rhythm for partner managers and every partner type: affiliate, referral, co-sell, reseller, distributor, and implementation.

> Introw is built for the real day-to-day of partner programs: a partner manager triaging a large book, an affiliate checking earnings, a referrer making a warm intro, a co-sell team working a shared deal, a reseller protecting margin, a distributor scaling through a network, and an implementation partner driving a customer to go-live. These articles show what changes when the CRM is the source of truth, partners get the right self-serve experience, and each ecosystem interaction is easier to complete.

## Start with the operator

The partner manager is the human owner of the program. Introw does not replace that judgment. It gives the partner manager a live operating layer: briefings, action queues, partner health, deal collaboration, partner communications, and scoped automation across tasks, training, commissions, and approvals.

## Then give every partner type the right day

Each partner type cares about a different job. Affiliates want links and payouts. Referrers want credit and updates. Co-sellers want shared pipeline. Resellers want protected margin and enablement. Distributors want sell-through visibility across a network. Implementation partners want a clean handoff and go-live tracking. Introw lets each type self-serve the right work without forcing them into the same portal experience.

## The common pattern

Across every day, the operating model is the same:

* **The CRM stays true.** Partner activity writes back to HubSpot or Salesforce instead of living in a disconnected side system.
* **Each partner gets the right experience.** Affiliates, referrers, co-sellers, resellers, distributors, and implementation partners see the workflows, content, and permissions that match how they work.
* **Partners self-serve routine work.** They submit forms, update allowed fields, check commissions, complete training, find assets, and track progress without waiting on a partner manager.
* **Automation removes the drag.** Reminders, validation, routing, notifications, and reporting happen in the background, with AI used where it adds speed or context.
* **Humans keep judgment.** Approvals, exceptions, negotiation, strategic planning, and relationship moments stay with the people who own the partnership.
